Mishpacha Project

Hi everyone, today I will be talking about our Mishpacha project. The purpose of this project is to find out about our family heritage. I interviewed my parents and grandparents, and they all told me stories about their parents and grandparents. I learned all about how my family traveled from Russia and Ukraine to Canada. I also learned about how much my grandparents contributed to the jewish community, and about how hard it was for my great-grandparents to travel to a new country. Here is my project:

SMART Goals

SMART Goals

Learning Skills

____________________________________________________________________________

For this year my SMART goal will be to maintain a clean locker all year, have organized files, and stay on task on my device throughout the entire year. This will help me find my stuff in my locker, and also in my files, and will help me finish my work on time. This goal is achievable for me. This goal will help me maintain organization, and I will be able to stay on task online. I want to achieve this goal by the end of the school year (June 25 2025).

Academic Goals

______________________________________________________________

For my academic goal, I want to improve my Hebrew, by being able to converse in Hebrew with proper grammar, and read fluently with proper pronunciation. I also want to understand simple and complicated instructions/sentences, and write easily and properly with proper grammar. In Rabbinics I want to understand sections of the Torah and Mishnah, and learn Jewish laws. I will know I have completed my goal when I can have a simple (but not too simple) conversation in Hebrew, write a short story in Hebrew, and understand everything that Morah Liat tells us. I will be able to understand sections of the Torah, and reexplain them in my own words. This goal is achievable. I will practice Hebrew every day for 10-15 minutes to achieve my goal. This goal will help me in future classes, and I will get better grades. I want to achieve this goal by the end of the school year (June 25 2025).
